Fair Practices Code

Following the Reserve Bank of India circular issued to Non-Banking Financial Companies, the Board of Directors adopted a Fair Practices Code on 30 May 2012.

The code follows RBI guidelines for fair, transparent and responsible customer dealings by NBFCs.
